A structured adult ADHD evaluation may include a clinical interview, symptom review, medical and treatment history, functional concerns, and other information the clinician considers relevant. An evaluation does not guarantee a diagnosis, medication, or a particular outcome.
When clinically appropriate, treatment planning may include education, practical strategies, follow-up care, medication discussion, and coordination around individual needs. Recommendations depend on clinical findings and patient circumstances.
Medication may be discussed or prescribed when clinically appropriate. Ongoing management can include review of benefits, side effects, adherence, response, and whether changes should be considered. Medication is not guaranteed.
Most major insurance plans are accepted. Acceptance does not guarantee coverage. Benefits, network status, copays, deductibles, prior authorization, and patient responsibility depend on the individual plan and should be verified before care.
Same-week appointments are currently available, with no long waitlist. Actual scheduling depends on appointment type, intake completion, provider availability, and insurance requirements.
New patients may request telehealth, and controlled medications may be prescribed through telehealth when clinically appropriate. An in-person visit is not automatically required. The clinician determines what is appropriate for the individual situation.
Our clinic sits on Ann Arbor Trail in Westland, which puts us within a short drive of much of western Wayne County. Adults travel to us from Livonia, Garden City, Wayne, Canton, Dearborn Heights, Dearborn, Inkster, Redford and Plymouth, and telehealth appointments are available to eligible adults located anywhere in Michigan.
Westland is our only physical clinic location. We do not operate offices in the surrounding cities listed above; residents of those communities are seen either at the Westland office or by telehealth.
Care is provided by licensed clinicians based on appointment type, clinical needs, provider availability, and insurance requirements.
Reviews of our Westland clinic are published directly by patients on our Google Business Profile, where you can read them in full and see the current rating.
Ready to request an ADHD appointment?
You can request an appointment two ways: complete the form on this page, or call the clinic at 734-338-6136 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM). A request is not a confirmed appointment — our team reviews it and contacts you about availability, insurance verification, and next steps.
Same-week appointments are currently available, and we do not maintain a long waitlist. Actual timing depends on scheduling capacity, the appointment type you request, how quickly intake forms are completed, provider availability, and insurance requirements.
A structured adult ADHD evaluation may include a clinical interview, standardized symptom questionnaires, a review of your history and current functioning, and consideration of other conditions that can look like ADHD — such as sleep problems, anxiety, mood conditions, or thyroid issues. The clinician then discusses the findings with you and what the reasonable next steps are.
Bring your insurance information if applicable, a current list of medications with dosages, and any relevant prior records or previous evaluations. Complete any intake forms sent to you beforehand so your appointment time is spent on the clinical conversation rather than paperwork. If you need help finding the correct entrance or confirming accessibility arrangements, call 734-338-6136 before you arrive.

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available to eligible adults who are physically located in Michigan, and new patients may request telehealth. The clinician decides whether telehealth is clinically appropriate for your situation — some situations are better handled, or are required to be handled, in person.
Most major insurance plans are accepted. Coverage is a separate question from acceptance: network status, copays, deductibles, prior authorization requirements, and your final out-of-pocket responsibility all vary by plan and should be verified before care. Our team can help you check your specific plan before your appointment.
Medication may be considered after an evaluation when it is clinically appropriate, and an in-person visit is not automatically required beforehand. Prescribing is never guaranteed, depends on clinical findings and the clinician’s judgment, and requires ongoing monitoring.
No. An evaluation does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis, medication, or any particular outcome. The purpose is an accurate assessment — which sometimes means identifying a different explanation for the symptoms you are experiencing.
Website forms, email, and routine appointment requests are not emergency services and are not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and mental-health crisis support.
Complete the form to request an appointment. Submission does not confirm an appointment. The team will contact you about availability, eligibility, insurance verification, and next steps.
